Mark has studied Tang Soo Do since 1990. He has also trained in various styles including Shaolin Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Hygashi, Aikido, Boxing and Haidong Gumdo.
Mark is registered with REP (Register of Exercise Professionals) as a personal trainer with the following qualifications:
